Meet Soccer Mom and Censor Board

With their censorship powers, Soccer Mom and Censor Board seek to smother all the children (and adults) of the world with their overprotective parenting style.

Ironically Soccer Mom is mother to a scout known as Control Freak, a video game themed TF2 freak who uses his gaming gear as weapons and to cheat in real life, not too unlike Captain N.

Storywriter: I honestly have to wonder how many other TF2 freaks there are that use scout’s mom or the director there are.

These two kind of sound like Codename: Kids Next Door villains to me. I think there probably was a villain with a similar motif and/or powers but I forget…
